Boiler was broken and I needed a plumber with experience pertaining to my particular (and unusual to the UK) boiler to come up with a solution. Something the first plumber [I tried]  wasn’t able to do. Chris gave a quick assessment and pointed out how badly it was damaged. Visible to the eye. Recommended a new boiler and did manage to get the heating working for at least that evening. He was clear in his explanations, professional, knowledgeable and I’d recommend his services.

Chris and team are always quick to respond to requests for services and when conducting the job they are good at clearly explaining the issue, what needs to be done and recommending a best course of action if there are multiple options. They’ve done multiple plumbing and heating jobs for me previously and are my go to plumber.
